1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote or using Intercity Auto Movers' services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all vehicle transport services provided by Intercity Auto Movers.

2. Quote Requests

All quote requests must be submitted via our online form. We do not provide telephonic quotes. Quotes are based on information provided and are subject to change if the vehicle details or route differ from the submission.

3. Insurance

All vehicles transported by Intercity Auto Movers are covered by our transport insurance from the time of loading to the time of delivery. A pre-transport inspection report is completed before every job. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Vehicle Condition

Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or special handling requirements at the time of booking. Failure to do so may affect insurance claims or result in additional charges.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of quoting and are subject to road conditions, weather, and other factors outside our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of quoting. Full payment or a deposit may be required before transport commences. Intercity Auto Movers reserves the right to hold a vehicle until payment is confirmed.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled collection may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

8. Liability

Intercity Auto Movers' liability is limited to the transport insurance coverage in place at the time of transport. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Personal Property

Intercity Auto Movers is not responsible for personal property left inside vehicles during transport. Customers should remove all valuables before handover.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
